Accurate input by user is critical
The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in using the Website. Okanagan-Kootenay Sterile Insect Release Board will not review or correct any erroneous information the User inputs while using the Website. In particular, selection of the appropriate weather station for the User’s location is critical to the usefulness and accuracy of the Website’s recommendations.

You assume all risk, and acknowledge this program is supplied “AS IS”
The models, data, software, and information on the Website are provided AS IS. OKSIR makes NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSOR IMPLIED, TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE MODELS, DATA, AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS ON THE WEBSITE. OKSIR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THE FUNCTIONS AND DATA ARE ERROR-FREE. Subscription
In this section, a user is defined as a person making crop management decisions that uses the Website. Each user must have their own account and must not share that account with others, even if they are in the same company and use the same stations. Only 4 devices will be allowed per user, so that a desktop, laptop, tablet and cell phone would be covered for each user. Sharing of the account login, passwords and the information generated by the Website is specifically not allowed and an account can be cancelled without refund if multiple people use the same account. If a user needs to change one of the user’s allowed devices (for example if the user buys a new phone), please contact us and we can reset the user’s account. With the user’s yearly subscription, each station has access to all available tree fruit models, historic data, the DAS Sprayguide, model notifications and all future upgrades to the Website.

Organic production
Please consult your certification body prior to product use. All inputs must be assessed against the permitted substances list for crop production and approved for use by your certification body.
